If you are about to travel with Air Berlin, the second largest airline and Europe’s eight largest airline in terms of passengers carried, and have a lot of questions with regards to what you can bring and how much you can bring – Here’s what you need to know:

Air Berlin Hand Luggage Allowance

You can bring a cabin luggage of maximum 55 x 40 x 20 and a weight of 8 kg. However you can also carry another luggage like a purse, handbag which size does not exceed.

Furthermore, the passengers travelling with FlyFlex, Business Class fares or bearers of Gold or Platinium card can carry a second luggage (with the same size as mentioned before).

* Please be reminded that if the hand-bag exceed the standard maximal size or the weight, the airline can implement special fares.

Air Berlin Checked Baggage Allowance

The Justfly fare of Air Berlin does not include the crew charge, then it may be possible to add another fee to the ticket price. Concerning the FlyDeal, FlyClassic and FlyFlex+ fares, the passengers are allowed to carry until 23 kg as luggage in total. In Business Class, the maximum weight for each luggage can reach 32 kg.
