eDreams: What’s the thing you love most about travel?
Amanda: I love travel for a lot of reasons. But I think the main reasons are that travel is enriching, eye-opening, and such a great way to learn more about yourself and the world. I love challenging myself, meeting new people, and getting to visit places that I’ve only ever read about in books or seen in movies.
Why do you blog?
I blog because I love to write. And take pictures. And connect with people. I think the best thing about blogging is that it allows me to connect with others who share my passion. And when I get an e-mail saying that I inspired someone else to travel? There’s no better feeling than that.

Two of my favorite blogs at the moment are Adventurous Kate and Never-Ending Footsteps. Two spunky female travelers who are always a pleasure to read!
