Class Action in the Spanair Bankrupcy Case
As a reaction to the decision of the Spanish carrier Spanair to file for voluntary bankruptcy and three days later cancelling all pre-reserved flights and leaving tens of thousands of passengers stranded, eDreams offers all its clients affected by this decision the chance to file a class action against the airline.
The objective of this claim is to help all eDreams clients that have been prejudiced by this decision get a monetary compensation for their inconveniences that the airline has caused them. More info on the dedicated web page.
