Shipping

After our servers receive your project file, we will manufacture your order within approximately 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included).

Shipments within Spain

All shipments are made by courier, except mini albums which are sent by post (up to three pieces), with following delivery times (no service on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays):

Delivery time (express service)
- In mainland Spain: 24 hours
- To the Balearic Islands: 3 days
- To the Canary Islands: 4 to 8 days (due to customs formalities)

Delivery time (post)
- Current post delivery times for letters (3 to 6 days)

Shipments to the European Union
All European Union countries are supplied excepting Cyprus, Malta, Ceuta, Melilla and the Portuguese and French Territories Overseas. The shipping takes 4 to 6 business days. Post delivery time ranges between 4 and 10 days (for minialbums up to 3 pieces).

The poster with frame is delivered in Spain and Portugal only, because of its fragility.


Payment

The program guides you through the order process, and a safe internet connection will be set up, so you can pay using only VISA or MASTERCARD of any banking organization. It is the only possible payment form and it is also the most reliable.
