| WARNING: At present this service is only available with hotel bookings confirmed with an itinerary number, it is not available with reservations confirmed with a booking number. |

- Hotel bookings which can be cancelled online: All bookings with the following subject of their confirmation email : "eDreams Itinerary Number: 10935765" (numbers only) |

Instructions for cancellations online: Enter the itinerary number and the email address where your received the confirmation email. |

- Hotel bookings which cannot be cancelled online: All bookings with the following subject of their confirmation email : "Hotel booking confirmation. Confirmation number: B--087489" (letters are followed by numbers) |

How to cancel offline: Please see the instructions in the booking confirmation email. In any case, you can call + 34 93 445 7153 make sure you have the confirmation email at hand and follow the instructions that youu will be given. There is a charge of €25 for any changes to or cancellation of your booking despite the hotel distributors policy for changes or cancellations.
