Rio De Janeiro International Airport Airport (Rio De Janeiro) , 21/01/2010

The international airport in Rio is old and really need an upgrade urgent;some good stuff have been changed like flat screen TV's where flights can be easily seen/checked...we spent more then 60 minutes to check-in,long queues(online check-in-none), then a huge number of passengers for immigration,only 3 flights were departing at that time,around 18:00.The toilets are smelly and wet floor, paper/hand towels were dark and look very cheap,like recycled several times.Arriving in Rio's Galeao Airport is not a great experience,long queues for immigration,dark,old aspect building too.No trains or metro to connect central areas to the airport.Taxi should be paid before leaving the Airport,some of them are doggy and should not be trusted at all.

Nantes Railway Airport (Nantes) , 21/09/2009

Awfull!! The electronics signs were not functional, the lines on the info booth was of 50-80 people and the train workers speak French only. I almost missed my train - luckily I ran with all my luggage for hundreds of meters as the train to south of France surprisingly went from the North station.Will not go there even for free ticket.

El Alto Airport (La Paz) , 09/09/2009

airport is clean and tidy. However, we were sent an email stating that our flight was changed to an earlier time. Upon arrival they did not check us in until 1hour before the flight despite the fact that it was an international flight. Proceeding this our flight did not leave until 8am which was our orginal booking time but the email had instructed us that our flight would depart at 6.15am. We were quite unahppy with this situation. We also had to pay departure tax which wasnt included in our ticket as opposed to all other fligths leaving other south american countries.

the question should not be whether the Rail way station is good or bad but how the agent who treats customers collect their ticket is friendly. High level of improvement is needed on this regard.
