tip for smokers: smoking rooms do exist! take your time to find them, no consumption compulsory

Incorrect Information given on flight screens, vouchers for food and beverages given out too late.Unhelpful check in officers. No organisation for several delayed flights all cramming into one check through gate. Also threats to close doors to one line queue with 100s of people as everyone was trying to get to their flight on time.

Large airport. Check how long it takes to get to your boarding gate. I followed the signs but went wrong and ended up going through passport control and security twice. I was told this happens to many people.
