Absolut chaos. When I arrived at Paris /Orly my luggage did NOT arrive!!! I received it 5 days later and either groundforce in Lisbon nor Paris would ( although I tried) informed me what was happening with the luggage. Lisbon kept saying it was in Paris/Orly and this said it was in Lisbon !!!!
