"Nice seats on flight. Though ground staff could be advised to really control seating schedule strictly. Children, old people first, then, back rows and forward rows. Always terrible overhead luggage chaos."

"Aircraft: Saw a man arguing terrible about his wife's wedding dress. He didn't want to check it in, and took it as hand luggage on advise of ground staff, but had trouble and was embarrassed on plane by crew because it was too big. Shouldn't there be better communication?"
