"The flight was acceptable but the control of passengers onboard was abismal. There were people standimg and walking around as the plane was taxying for take-off. People were using electronic devicesa during take off and landing and sms messaging during flights. Before the flight came to a stop at the stand in both Delhi and Kathmandu people were out of their seats getting bags from lockers. All and all, shocking Safety controls."

"CheckIn: The controls were ineficient and slow and indeed unnecessary. On the return journey at Kathmandu we (all passengers) went through 8 separate bagage and personal body searches, completely unnecessary. I am in favour of security but that was the staff were just going through the motions and they were totally ineffective. I am an ex Army Officer with 28 years experience in the British Army, WHAT Ii WENT THROUGH WAS A JOKE."

"Stopovers: I paid to use the lounge in Delhi airpot and it was extremely dirty and the airport facilities are not to a standard one expects from an International airport. I have several photographs to support this statement."
