"CheckIn: During the check in, there was no communication whatsoever. We didn't know at which desk we should be and we waited in the wrong line. Chaos all over. Elektronic boards above the different lines, with the numbers of the flights, are no luxury.
I was also shocked about the treatment of tourists at the airport. 4 times (!) they touched me to look if I wasn't carrying any arms on my body and they put my handbag upside down twice. I also bought some drinks at the taxfree stand of the airport, which I had to order in before entering the plane. What kind of treatment is that? I just call it stealing."
