"the Athens-ROme leg was very good, with good level of service onboard. However the Rome-Athens return leg was poor: I requested water during the meal service, but the hostess just passed to the next row without even reacting. I therefore used the flight attendance button, as the person sitting next to me also wanted some water, but we obtained no reaction. Only towards landing another flight attendant realised that the call had been unaswered and finally brought us our drinks. During the service at some point the coffee and tea jugs were left on an open front table next to us by a flight attendant, despite the fact that there were some mild turbulences. One of the hostesses serving in the business class had to recall a colleague asking to go over and hold the jugs with the hot liquids. Additionally no attention was paid to the use of mobile phones, at least in my row and the one behind."
