"The flight had 5h35 min. delay. We flew at 01.00 instead of 20.35.
We were informed to wait 15 min. because they were putting in fuels. Then another 10 min. due to technical reasons. Then another 3 hours, so the departure would be at 23.59 and the boarding at 23.00. We were given as reimburse a one-way ticket (taxes not included), which they distributed in the Fiumincino-we were the only passengers to wait. That generated a further delay, perhaps because the airplane was not yet ready. In the end we flew at 01.00. No supervisor appeared even though we were told many times that they're on their way!!! Once we got in the airplane the crew treated as very generously.
