"CheckIn: I wasnt asked what seat i wanted.. and i got the last row and ail.. but the man was very nice otherwise so i did not ask to change. I am very tall so i normally go for the exit seats."

"Aircraft: seats are a bit uncomfortable on some of the planes whereas on others they are fine. Perhaps it is because i was on the last row. I love the fact that they have a movie on board.. but it was a cartoon this time so i didnt enjoy watching it.. and seen as most passengers are older it would make sense to just put movies."

"Luggage handling: If they arent so fussy about the kilos, so much the better.. im skinny but have a lot of luggage.. equivalent to someone heavier with less luggage so paying for a couple of extra kilos to me doesnt make sense.. this time around it was fine but iv had times when i have had to pay. a lot."
