"Aircomet postponed the flight Lima-Madrid once before the actual day of the flight and three other times the same day, thus, there was a 10 hours delay causing the passengers to lose other conexions from Madrid. It made me lose twice the conexion Madrid-Bucharest and, in addition, the company refused to take care of my situation and find the proper solution for me or other passengers who were in the same situation.
Once in Madrid, we waited for at least half an hour for the first luggages to be placed on the belt, and I, though I had a single luggage, I waited from 15:30 till 17:10 to pick it up.
During the 12 hour flight we were served a light dinner and a light breakfast at 14:00 (Madrid hour). moreover, they were charging the entertainment on board."
