"CheckIn: Due to a problem with the original plane we had to be moved to a new plane. Not one of the staff informed me, all I recieved was a piece of paper explaining this which would not ordinarilly be a problem except it delayed my flight by nearly 2 hrs. No one informed the flight was delayed, if I had not looked at my boarding pass I would never have known which is very poor customer service and it did not improve when I asked questions regarding the delay. The staff were dismissive and just said it wasnt delayed just change of plane. It was a delay because the time we actually took off was the time I was meant to be arriving in Munich. I was not impressed with the customer service or the way it was dealt with."
