"Luggage handling: An hour delay after landing in Manchester for our luggage just isn't good enough. Mothers with young babies having to hang around on a cold snowy night shouldn't happen. Our experience really put us off maybe using Manchester again. The lack of any staff to complain to and the fact later flights were being unloaded and cleared before us just totally unacceptable."
