"I've been in Europe for the lasts weeks and i had to travel by plane in many occasions and so far Air Berlin had been the best airline i traveled with, the personnel, the air craft, the punctuality everything was great !"

"CheckIn: I was on very good time to check in so i didn't have to wait to do my check in.
Boarding was a little bit confused as in my boarding pass said certain gate on the screens says another one, you shoudl take care on that."

"Luggage handling: I have a complain with the handle luggage, you need to be more careful about ti cause mine when i went to pick it up was so dirty and had oil stains that will hardly come out."
