"Luggage handling: my luggage did not arrive at my destination. was told to wait their for 1.5 hrs but still did not get luggage. was told it will be shipped to my hotel but never came for the next 2 days. then i was told it will be sipped back to my residence however after i came back i was told that luggage is now in the other city."
