"Incidents: Establishing connection between AirBerlin and Lufthansa was terrible. Desk assistants did not even communicate with each other so I had to run around at the Munich airport to ensure my luggage was on board of my Lufthansa flight. Just about the worse experience I ever had between two airlines. Never want to connect through Lufthansa again."
