Other incidents: Missed a connecting flight
"Incidents: 4 hour delay in London caused me to miss a connecting flight to Chicago and then a flight from Chicago to Flint - which ultimatly meant i missed a wedding which was the main reason of my trip. I had to spend a night in Ottowa which should have been a lot worse than it was due to the excellent customer service i recieved from Air Canada in
Ottowa airport. I understand that sometimes flights get delayed and there's not much anyone can do about it but the manner i which i was treated made it much less traumatic than it could have been.
I also had problems on the return leg from Chicago back to London - this time it was my fault - i missed my flight due to a change in timetable but again, i found air Canada customer service to be impeccable, in particular a lady called Christina in O'Hare airport on the 09/14, with minimal fuss she transferred me onto a different flight to London via Toronto and turned what could have been a nightmare for me into a very easy,pleasant flight home."
