"On the way back, they did not allow cabin luggage onto the flight so attached a green tag to it to collect after the flight. However, when I departed the plane, I had to go through the passport checks and then collect my cabin luggage from the carousel. They did not make me aware of this and they really should have done as it left me confused and a little stressed about my luggage."

"Excellent. No hidden charges. Baggage included in the price as seen. No con to make the price seem cheaper than it actually was as with other Airlines. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary drink and nibbles on board were an unexpected surprise. Would reccomend this airline to others."

"CheckIn: I checked in online for my return flight then found myself in a huge queue with lots of other passengers for numerous air france flights, I only waited
10 mins but that was because we asked to be put forward so as as not to miss the flight, when I arrived in Birmingham I was told the flight was over booked and I was on stand by! my original flight was already cancelled, I told staff I was meeting someone and had another connection and I believe this ensured I got on the flight"
