"Incidents: I had to check a walking pole separately at ABZ airport - it was done quickly and efficiently by check-in staff. At CDG however, the pole did not appear on the carousel. When I enquired about it at the Lost Baggage office, the woman was extremely bored and unhelpful and simply ordered me to wait, despite the fact that the delivery of baggage from the Aberdeen flight was now complete. I searched the baggage area, and eventually found my pole, discarded in a corner. There were several suitcases lying around in a random fashion. There was no service to speak of and staff are about as friendly and helpful as your average rottweiller."
