"CheckIn: I am a Diamond Medallion (Delta) or equivalent of Elite Plus. The ground staff at the check in counter insisted that I have to pay an additional fee for my 2nd pc. of luggage. Then as I was going to pay on the machine, another attendant approached me and I told him what happened. And he told me that it is free for me for the 2nd pc. of luggage. Ground staff should be briefed well on travel conditions."
