"Problem with return journey from City Airport.We were not advised it is now a "silent airport", computer screen stated"wait in lounge" we missed the flight as a result. Each charged £50 to book on next flight. Extremely unhappy!! Considered not our fault we missed the flight, which caused us incovenience and frustration.While waiting for next flight 3 or 4 announcements on public address system so we could easily have been called for our flight as the girl knew we had checked in in plenty of time. Staff very unhelpful. The convenience of travelling from Dundee is great but has been marred by our experience."
