"I was very happy with all aspects of my return flight with Air France. The staff were friendly, polite and efficient - my only complaint would be that on my flight from dubai to paris my in fight entertainment wouldn't work properly & I found the plane extremely hot and stuffy which meant I didn't sleep a wink but it was a very busy flight so I could appreciate that it would be a little less comfortable."

"Stopovers: It was ok - the security check in Paris took about an hour - it seemed to be very badly managed but I felt this shouldn't have taken quite so long. We were also delayed flying out due to a problem with catering"
