"Luggage handling: they should have space for people who need to take stuffs out of the luggage when their luggage is overweight. Another thing, very hard to find the luggage claim, that is because the flight attendant did not inform us about that and no information on the ticket, then i have to ask the staff"

"CheckIn: In Paris to much time for check in luggage, almost missed flight.
Check in Paris, at termnal D2, but we had to go by bus to the other side of airport. Strange.
