"they changed our destination-instead of CDG to Orly so, we had to changed our flight from London city to Heathrow-CDG because we had a hotel and connecting flight from CDG. We have chosen this flight because of London city-CDG, otherwise we would take the train. Bad experience!"

"CheckIn: they charged us overweight because we didn't checked luggage to the final destination because we had one night at hotel. So, we could have only 20kg to Paris instead of 2x 23kg per person to a final destination-nobody mention this before-they should warn us about it."
