"CheckIn: London to Mexico was fine. Checked in online.

Mexico to London. Attempted to self check at the airport which failed. There was further confusion as it was a Delta Airlines flight operated by Aeromexico. After queueing for an hour at Delta I was told I had to check in at Aeromexico. Not happy at losing an hour. Fortunately it didn't matter as I had the time and the Aeromexico queue was only a few minutes. However it could have been a disaster as the Aeromexico queues can be an hour long as can the security queues. It will also explain why the Delta Airlines self check in service didn't work.

I suggest your itineraries make check in procedures clearer.

"Incidents: Transiting through Miami was a mistake as the excessively long immigration queues (all three of them) caused me to miss my connection. I have transited through the US 3 times now. All were unpleasant with this being the worst. I will now pay a little more to avoid the US. Anything to do with entering the US as a foreigner is unpleasant - I suggest you concentrate on non US transit solutions for non US citizens.

Actually you could put a transit filter on your website searches - this would be very useful as many nationalities are restricted where they can transit. As a New Zealander I generally have a very good passport for travel, it must be very difficult for some other countries.

Fortunately the Delta Airlines people were on the ball and managed to reroute me with minimal fuss and time loss. A big plus to them.
