"CheckIn: In Ljubljana, the lady at the gate was quite rude to me. When I asked if I had time for 10 min., massage chair, she said no, and as I mentioned there is quite a lot of time left, she replied with disdain in her voice: "This is not a train, you know" (implying that I am not used to flying, which in my case is not true). Then we were left in the cold bus to wait interminably. I feel no personnel has the right to treat like this to a customer. Maybe you should give them (the Slovenians some education. The male attendant at the airport in Paris was wonderful, and helped me with the check-in machine with great friendliness."

"Aircraft: Thje problem is the smallness of aircraft, as most people now have a lot of hand luggage - and even when they have to leave the bigger pieces at the door they still drag with them huge rucksacks, as if going to the weekly market to sell their produce.... maybe some education of travellers would be a good thing."
