"The flight was 45 minutes late, when it arrived to Rome I was waiting for the luggage more than 50 minutes. I had another flight at 15.35 to Valencia and has to leave with no luggage. I reported it at Alitalia baggage claim office and they said they will send it to me within 24 hours. Today 7 days latter I have still not receive it . When I speak to the office in Spain they said the case is close and as I mentioned I have not got it. The reference for the lost luggage is FCOAP44467"
