"I actually missed my connecting flight - I was travelling from El Calafate first. However, despite our mistake in not allowing the full hour (only 50 mins) Aerolineas provided us with a voucher for drink and sandwich and smoothly booked us on the next flight"

"Luggage handling: My luggage arrived on the same flight which given the change at Buenos Aires was good. My friend's luggage caught the earlier flight but she was quickly reunited with it at Mendoza"

Other incidents: Missed a connecting flight
"Incidents: The incidient occurred due to late arrival (10 mins) of flight from El Calafate, being bused from aircraft to terminal (the bus waiting for a very slow mother and child getting off the plane). However excellent help from airport staff with quick rebooking onto next flight, provision of food and drink and luggage arrival at Mendoza - all be it mine on one flight and my friend's had caught the earlier flight."
