"The only good thing about this airline was the staff - they were great! And the food was fine. But the lack of facilities and entertainment offerings on a 6 hour flight were dismal, especially considering the amount one pays."

"Aircraft: Entertainment systems were down. Shared televisions, which didn't work. Separate audio systems, which broke early on in the flight. And the inability to then use electronics in flight mode."
