"All in flight safety and information announcements are made in Arabic, French and English but are so bad and delivered with such machine gun like boredom as to be utterly unintelligible. It was not clear that through passengers should remain seated on the aircraft during the stop in Casablanca."

"CheckIn: Check in at LHR was fine. Security at Marrakech was appaling and a bomb could easily have been carried on board the aircraft.. Check in at Marrakech was the usual chaos you would expect in an Arab country with people pushing in and no proper organisation. Check-in staff too busy chatting with friends to do their job properly. Passengers should have been given Departure Forms by check-in staff, or at least been informed that a completed form was required before proceeding through security. The Departure Form was the same as the Landing Form with the same questions (i.e where will you be staying in Marrakech, what is your phone number while in Marrakech etc.) Hardly appropriate questions when you are about to leave Marrakech."
