"the flight itself was ok but the problem raised when i started to check in for the flight back. The Avianca check in official asked me about my ticket back to Russia (im a Russian temporaly staying in Ecuador as a tourist for 2 months and i had with Avianca a short trip to Colombia and back to Ecuador Russian citizens do not need any kind of visa in that case.) I didnt have a ticket back to russia with me as nobody warned me that it would be necessary and i had to manage as fast as possible so as to get to my mail and to print it otherwise i risked to miss my flight. I wonder why the Avianca officials didnt warn me that i will need to have a ticket back to Russia with me when I entered Colombia and not when I was about to leave it? this would be much more logical and besides i would have enough time to reach to my e-ticket and to print it instead of doing this hastily 1 hour before the flight back. Thank you for paying your attention to me."

"CheckIn: i didn,t know that avianca did not fly to quito, there was no info at the airport gayaquil, the avianca info dsk opened at 08:30 whereas my flight go at 07:75!!
