"Incidents: When I got to Helsinki I had to to stand in two diffrent libes in order to rebook my flights. I had to handle most things myself and almost didn't make this flight due to slow service. I was supposed to be in Vienna at around 6pm, now I wasn't there until 12pm. I would like some kind of compensation for this extreme discomfort and delay."
