"Luggage handling: I recently return from Istanbul, Turkey via Rome and Barcelona. When I arrived in Barcelona,my luggage was not there and I subsequently reported the missing luggage to the Ground force section there.

I was told that my luggage would be sent to my home in Utrera, Spain via Sevilla airport. Once my bags arrived at Sevilla, I was called by Groundforce personnel and told to come to the airport to retrieve my luggage. I vehemently complained about the fairness of this practice but was told that the luggage must past customs first.

This is my point. If the baggage had been delivered to me when I arrived in Barcelona, I would have cleared customs there, so why must I be inconvenienced when it is your responsibility to get my luggage to me? Will you reimburse me for the travel cost associated with retrieving my luggage or are you just in the business of providing unprofessional services to customers?
