"We arrived on United First Class and were treated as in transit first class passengers by Alitalia. We were allowed to wait in the Alitalia lounge and they printed our boarding passes for us at teh reception desk. Please review my return flight, Bari-Rome, comments as it was not a good experience."

"CheckIn: 1)The machine was unable to print out my boarding pass after I had already giving up standing in line for 20 min
2) I decided to go into another line but by the time it was my turn, the hostess told me I had to take the next flight because the system would not print my boarding pass.
3) The hostess seemed young and insecure about what to do.
4) I had a very important appointment I could not miss and told her to call whoever she thought was necessary but I had to leave.
5) Luckily the flight had a late departure due to a delayed group of Turkish passengers and I left without a boarding pass.
If I had not rebelled I would have missed my flight. These things should not happen!!!"

"CheckIn: i arrived to the gate 1/2 hour prior to takeoff, and they would not allow me onboard because they stated that my luggage would be late and not accompany me,,i stated that i would go and they could send my luggage on the next flight as i was to meet family in bari,,,i had no way to contact them at the bari airport,,,they refused to let me onboard, it was a very stressful experience,,,the attendant at the boarding gate stated that i would have to purchase another ticket to get to bari,,,we had an argument, is stated that i was there on time, but he would not allow me onboard,,,in the end, he gave me a boarding pass for the next flight,,regardless, it was a very bad experience"
