"Flight delayed 1hr because first half of passengers aboard used up all the overhead luggage space, & second half had to somehow store their luggage under their seats, on thier laps, etc. Cabin crew were unsympathetic. Alitalia MUST implement stricter control over quantity and size of luggagein cabin. Wouldn't use them again. Missed Heathrow connections. No apologies received."
