"CheckIn: Check in & boarding at Genova was a pleasure as always (I make about 8 to 15 flights out of there per year).
Naples was a terrible experience. Arrived more than 90 mins before the flight & with 20 mins before scheduled take off we were still in a que to check in. Only 4 check in desks open, staff not communicating with each other & giving conflicting messages to passengers, staff rude to passengers & being agressive toward passengers - a needlessly stressful experience. A mad rush through to the gate. If given an option, I would aviod Naples airport at all costs."
