"Incidents: On the way back from Bari to London i missed the connection in Rome for my flight to london because of a delay of the flight from bari to rome around 1 hour and half... They didn`t tell me anything in advance and they say they won`t give back the money for the flight that i missed.... i missed an important business appointment in london.....very upset about it"
