"Lack of food or drink on the flight - I was not expecting such a poor offering given the price I paid for the flights. Also very poor customer service, organisation (rushing between transfers despite being in a party of a pregnant woman and a very old couple who couldn't move as fast as the air stewardess), flights always late. Never flying Alitalia again."

"Luggage handling: when checking in at catania, it was understood that a luggage belt had broken down, but this wasn't communicated down the queue of waiting passengers by the staff. This caused frustration, particularly when the staff started top extract hand carrying luggage passengers only from the queue. This also caused puzzlement as to what was determined as Hand luggage at this particular time and was being question by the waiting passengers."
