"Stopovers: The stopover in London Heathrow was extremely short and we had to run very hard to make it. The trip back from Toronto to Amsterdam was exactly the same and if the gate was very close by the security check, but otherwise we would have made it."

"Luggage handling: From Amsterdam to Toronto only one of the two bags arrived at Toronto and it was until the 25th of december that we finally got it back after several calls to the service desk of British Airways and picking it up our selves at Toronto Airways. From Toronto to Amsterdam not one bag arrived and we had to wait for several hours for the next flight from London Heathrow to get them finally."
