"CheckIn: There were only two members of BA staff at check-in and we were queueing for about 25 mins. There should be more staff especially when it is approaching the 45min check-in deadline before embarkment. The most ridiculous situation is that I had already checked-in on line and I was supposed to use the bag drop service, but this is nothing faster or better than the normal check-in."

"overall ok but the service on the drop in bags are lousy, person in charge insist on charging my poster tube (which is only a mere 0.5kg & usually travelled under surfboard so it was not considered an extra baggage) as 2nd baggage or else he said (arrogantly!) you can take it up with you on board. I already have one hand baggage, of course I can't!!!"

"No leg room, uncomfortable chairs (headrests gave me a sore neck); Stewards did not speak English very well so I did not understand what they were saying; no entertainment on board and there was no food included (to charge for food on a BA flight even if it is codeshare is crazy!). I was left sore, bored and hungry after this flight!"
