"It was a pleasant ride with British Airways. The seat was comfortable and snack was awesome. However, I would highly appreciate if the air stewardess and steward be more friendly. They should smile more."

"CheckIn: No clear check in procedures for connecting travelers. Only one open transit desk at airport. Despite arriving earlier than planned at Copenhagen, only means to catch an earlier BA flight was to purchase a new ticket."

"I requested a seat at the back of the plane next to the window when i checked in. As I entered the plane I was informed that my seat had been changed without asking me as there was a group that needed to sit together. I was not offered any alternative seat or compensation and was sat next to a large family with 2 screaming babies throughout the flight and could not get the sleep i required throughout the flight. No apology or compensation was offered."
