"not only was it delayed but british airways staff showed no empathy toward other passengers at all! we travelled in a group of 5 and because of the delay in denver we missed our connect flight via london-dublin! the staff at BA seperated our group on our connecting flight (even though we were flying as a group in the first place!)"
