"I was extremely impressed with my British Airways flight. The staff were excellent and I had plenty of legroom which is often a problem for me being so tall. The baggage limits were suberb... I would never have made it back with all my Turkish shopping if I chose another airline plus it arrived at Heathrow which was much less hassle than arriving at Stanstead or Luton Airport. I was very happy with the flight and I will definately choose to fly with British Airways again. =) thankyou x"

"CheckIn: It was a very smooth process, there was no trouble at all with either of these, I was even offered a second checked in baggage for free. There was no self check in machines but this was no problem for me personally =)"

"Aircraft: I was very happy with the level of comfort flying with British Airways. There were TV's but not in the back of the chair in front but this did not bother me, I am more concerned about having leg room and reclining chairs and this airline provided both for me =) The food was great and the drink service equally great. The staff were pleasant and of better quality than the staff who were on my 20 hour flight from Perth to London with Emirates. Probably the best staff I've seen on a flight so far and worked extremely well as a team =)"

"On flights under five hours I really do not see the point in reclining seats. Having somebody suddenly crush your book/paper or spill your drink creates stress and annoyance among those less keen on flying."

"Aircraft: fly-out, the access to the aircraft was on foot, but for the arrival was very bad. (1. arrival was with the bridge ?bus. 2.shuttle bus was broken. 3. so wait for the 2nd bus. ) always operation at Heathrow is very bad)"

"Incidents: Air rew forgot to serve the meal for our row. Firstly we are been told "don't worry" but after they have collected all the meal rubbish, a lady next me had a word with them to say, we have not have meal. Only this tiem they noted. and we did not served proper way. (no coffee, tea, etc)"
