"i will never fly with BA again. i have missed my first fly while i have come 40 minute before the departure and they didn't let me checking in despite the fact that i didn't have any luggage.i have to pay 60 pound for the next flight"

Child's pushchair: they let me take it to the aircraft
"Children: being able to check in to a window seat would have helped as my son found being by the window entertained him when we were on the ground and landing / taking off. There is not enough room to have an active toddler on your lap in tourist class. The seat belts provided failed to restrain my child."
