"good food & service on board flight. But I found out ONLY as I checked in that I was only allowed one piece of luggage even though I had travelled from New Zealand. I had to pay a surcharge of 35pounds which I felt was unfair. The staff member at the check in desk was very nice & apologetic but said unfortunately she had to charge me."

"CheckIn: Check in at stockholm was not family friendly as you could not take pushchair through to the aircraft and and had to carry our children. Also we feel the scales were faulty as a bag that we weighed when we got home weighed 22.5 kg , yet we had to pay excess baggage charges as their scales reading was 31 kg. We took the same bag on way out it had roughly the same contents and we had no problems. It would be apprecited if this comment is passed on to B. A. customer service and we would like some feedback from them"
