"Incidents: I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the treatment I received . I thought B.A was a reputable company, and that is why I used it.I will never again. through no fault of my own , i arrived 35 minutes before boarding. i had only hand luggage.I was not allowed on the plane. i asked to travel on the next plane, and was prepared to pay a surcharge. No, this was not acceptable. I had to buy a new sinle ticket to Brussels costing over £250 . This is outragous. I will be making a formal complaint in writing to your company, and as I said I will NEVER fly with you again . I am DISGUSTED."
